Problems Logging In

To log in to and use the RSCC RaiderNet system, you must supply a valid username and password and be using a recent version of a standard Internet browser. If you are having trouble logging in to the system, see below to determine possible problems:

Initial Password Change Required

When an account is created, the system is set to force the user to change the initial password on first login. If you have not done this, click the "Change Password" link below. Follow the prompts to reset your password. Once you have done this, you will use this username/password for future logins to RaiderNet, RSCC lab computers, and Momentum. Note: Passwords must be at least 6 characters in length.

Expired Accounts

Accounts that have not been used for 360 days (recently changed from 180 days) are expired for lack of use. This is a security measure. Contact the Help Desk at (865) 354-3000 x4357 or from off campus or extension 4357 from any RSCC campus and the available technician will assist you.

Disabled Accounts

Accounts are disabled after 5 unsuccessful login attempts or from lack of usage after 180 days. Enable your account

Supported Browsers

To log in and use the system effectively, use the latest version of one of the following Internet browsers: Internet Explorer, FireFox, Chrome or Safari. If you are trying to log in to the system using another browser, you may experience difficulties.
